Everything you need to know

How will you ship my order?

All orders ship from our business, located in Gilmer, Texas, United States.   We use USPS to ship our packages, normally USPS Parcel Ground or Priority for packages over 15 ounces in weight.  Your order will ship to the address you have on file with Paypal.  Please make sure your address is correct as items mailed to the wrong address can take a very long time to be returned and then shipped to the corrected address.  Always make sure to double and triple-check your item/s color, size, and Paypal address before finalizing your order! We cannot make changes to your order once it has shipped.  Please be patient with the shipment of your order as I am a small business owner who completes the order process from creating, to packaging, to shipping all my myself. I appreciate your patience and your support of my small business!

How long does it take to receive an order?

Please keep in mind that I am a one man show, so items are made “first come first served”.  If you need your items by a certain date, please let me know and order in advance of any deadlines you may have. During the holiday season (November-December) processing and shipping times may be extended due to large volume of orders/USPS holiday calculated shipping times.  Once the item is in the shipping system, I am not responsible for how long it takes for the item to get to it’s destination.

How can I pay?

We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Venmo. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.  All orders must be paid in full when order is placed.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but please cancel within 12 hours of placing your order.  If the order has been shipped, you will have to wait for the item to be returned to us before we can issue a refund.  

Do you accept returns / exchanges?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your item(s)!  We will accept returns only for defects provided the item(s) are returned to us within 14 days.  Refunds will be made when we have received the item(s) back.  Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent and the buyer pays the return shipping.  If we have made a mistake with your order or if the order has arrived damaged, please let us know as soon as possible and we will pay return shipping.  Personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded.
